In regard to a dispute among Syndesis Corporation, John J. Foust, and Hypercosm, Inc. regarding intellectual property rights to software programs, Syndesis Corporation and John J. Foust hereby state that the matter has on this day been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.
